Application Description:
Loader mode use the air gripper to clamp the board and pull it into the rail. Unloader mode uses the air clamp to push the board.
Operator puts the magazine into the lifting table. Press START button. Table goes up to the 1st layer. The air gripper open and go up to the magazine location. Gripper clamps the board and moves to the rail. When it arrives, gripper open and continues to move out of the board location. Gripper go down. Board flows into the output wait for signal to send out.
The magazine rail can store 11 magazines at the same time. It uses traverser mode to connect the component pick up location. When the 11 magazines are full, press start button. The traverser table moves. The 1st magazine is aligned with the feed rail and start to send out the board. After the 1st magazine finishes, the traverser moves the 2nd magazine to the feed rail location, this goes on and on until the 11 magazines. Machine stops and alarm the operator to exchange the magazine.
