Work Flow:
1. First PCB flows into the Accumulating Conveyor. It goes directly into the output waiting. ( No PCB at output)
2. Second PCB flows into the Accumulating Conveyor
A. First PCB does not flow into downstream, second PCB will stay in the input waiting
B. First PCB flows into downstream, second PCB will flow into output waiting
3. Third PCB flows into the Accumulating Conveyor
A. First PCB does not flow into downstream, second PCB and third PCB will stay in the input waiting
B. First PCB flows into downstream, second PCB will flow into output waitine
4. Fourth PCB flows into the Accumulating Conveyor
A. First PCB does not flow into downstream, second PCB, third PCB and fourth PCB will stay in the input waiting
B. First PCB flows into downstream, second PCB will flow into output waiting
5. So it cycles. As long as there is a PCB in the exit section, other PCB flows into the Accumulating Conveyor will stay at the input. When the input sensor and the middle sensor (at the cylinder) sense the PCB at the same time, it will alarm, indicating that PCBs in the input is full. When the output PCB flows into downstream, PCB in the input will flow into the output waiting
