Bare Board Stacker
Bare Board Stacker is used at the end of production line. Bare PCBs up to 600 mm long x 460 mm wide enters into the edge belt conveyor, cylinder push the board from the top to go into the 180mm high stacking position. It accommodates boards from 0.8 mm to 2.5 mm thick.

The Bare Board Stacker is used for restacking un-populated boards at the end of the line. Stacking is done by a pneumatic lifter, which gently raises the PCB’s from the belt conveyor and adds the PCB, one by one, to the bottom of the stack.
