Automatic NG/OK Unloader
Automatic NG/OK Unloader is used after AOI for good/bad PCB separation. The OK and NG PCB’s are collected from upstream machine onto a shuttle conveyor and pushed into designated OK and NG magazines. Shuttle conveyor moves sideways between upstream machine and magazines.

Empty magazines are loaded onto the upper platform and are automatically transferred to the indexing elevator, which has selectable pitch settings of 10, 20, 30, and 40 mm. Full magazines are transferred to the output lower platform.
