PCB Unloaders

Unload boards from a reflow oven, AOI or x-ray inspection machine into standard magazines for efficient transport of finished PCB assemblies.

How it work
Pcb Unloaders are placed at the end of the SMT production line, and their core task is to automatically unload PC boards from upstream machines such as stencil printer and Pick and Place machines.
They can also be placed in behind of Reflow Oven to achieve automatic board unloading and reducing manual handling, and improving efficiency for high-volume assembly.
For different PC boards, different types of machines are required. If we need to feed the PC boards from the Magazine to the downstream machines, we need to choose a rack type PCB Loaders (Multi Magazine Line Unloader, Adjustable Line Magazine Unloader, Automatic Right Angle Unloader and Single Magazine Line Unloader). For Bare boards, we need to use a stacker or vacuum suction machines (Bare Board Stacker ).
They communicate with each other through a standard SMEMA cable connection.
