Bare Board Destacker
The Bare Board Destacker is used at the beginning of production line. It takes individual bare PCBs up to 600 mm long x 460 mm wide from the bottom of a stack up to 180 mm high and to feed them into the production line from an edge belt conveyor. It accommodates boards from 0.8mm to 2.5mm thick.

Loade Bare Board Mode:
Bare Board Destacker is a top loading, drop style PCB de-stacker. It is used for loading of bare PCBs to the SMT production line. A large stack of unpopulated PCB’s is placed above the ESD belt conveyor. Unique separation mechanism takes one PCB from the bottom of the stack and lower it onto the ESD belt conveyor
Pass-Through Mode:
Pass-Through Mode for Double-Sided Assembly
A pass-through function allows other equipment, such as a magazine loader, to be installed at the Bare Board Destacker input for double-sided board assembly. When a line is set up this way, L350D Destacker would be used to send bare boards through the line for first-side assembly. When the assembled boards are returned to the line for second-side assembly, the Bare Board Destacker would act as a basic pass-through conveyor
