PCB Loaders
PCB Loaders increase automation of your PCB assembly line by efficiently feeding bare circuit boards to your stencil printer from a stack or standard-sized magazine.
How it work
Pcb Loaders are placed at the starting of the SMT production line, and their core task is to automatically feed PC boards to downstream machines such as stencil printer and Pick and Place machines.
They can also be placed in front of Reflow Oven to achieve automatic board loading and reducing manual handling, and improving efficiency for high-volume assembly.
For different PC boards, different types of machines are required. If we need to feed the PC boards from the Magazine to the downstream machines, we need to choose a rack type PCB Loaders (Multi Magazine Line Loader, Adjustable Line Magazine Loader, Automatic Right Angle Loader and Single Magazine Line Loader). For Bare boards, we need to use a stacker or vacuum suction machines (Bare Board Destacker and Vacuum Loader).
They communicate with each other through a standard SMEMA cable connection.
